If you are planning a vacation to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, we of course highly recommend either of our two luxury Villas; Casa Valerie and Villa Real del Mar. Not only do they have every amenity (and then some) that you could ever wish for, but we offer Sensory Packages to bring your vacation to the next level.
What are Sensory Packages?
Our Sensory Packages are classes, events and courses that will compliment your lifestyle and add a new dimension to your holiday.
Wine lovers can arrange to have Puerto Vallarta's top wine supplier, Sea Coast Wines, tailor a wine tasting to please your palate by hosting a wine tasting at your Villa. You may select a variety of wines from a region such as the U.S., South America, Mexico or Italy or a combination. Savor the five tasteful selections at sunset and under the stars.
If wine is not your drink of choice, maybe a Tequila tasting is more to your liking. A local tequila expert will greet you and your guests at your private Villa and will introduce you to the national drink of Mexico. Tequila is much more than just a clear alcohol used for making margaritas; the class will include a discussion on how the drink is made, sampling of four different grades of tequila, tasting techniques and what to look for in a quality tequila.
Most people forgo working out on vacation but we have some exhilarating options to keep you fit while having fun. We work with some of the best dance experts in town and can easily arrange to have one meet you and your guests at your Villa to teach you the techniques and execution of one of the most sultry of Latin dances, Choose the one you want to experience, either the Salsa or the Tango and dance the night away on the terrace under the stars.
If you love to simply relax while on vacation, we can have you covered from head to toe in bliss. Enjoy a spa day at your private Villa and indulge in massage, facials, manicures, pedicure or other spa services that are sure to make you feel incredible. We suggest you start your vacation off right and plan a pampering day at the beginning of your stay to help you relax and unwind. Don't you deserve it?
If you really need to “stop the world” and escape to a higher level of being and bliss, we offer yoga classes for you and your guests with one of the best yoginis in town in the yoga style you prefer and at any level of practice. If you are new to yoga and meditation, we can put together an intro into yoga experience guaranteed to make you say “om” and “namaste”.
Many people travel to learn more about a culture or to glean information to take back home and this is why we offer painting and cooking classes as well. Discover a hidden talent or a new hobby in a foreign land that you will carry with you long after your vacation ends.

Destination Weddings in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Destination weddings are “hot” right now (pardon the pun) especially for couples looking to escape the traditional wedding venues in their city as well as for economic reasons.
Ecomomics 101
When you take the biggest day of your life to a location away from home, you end up limiting the guest list which can often be a blessing, especially for couples feeling trapped into inviting the whole neighborhood, their teams of co-workers and the distant cousins they haven’t seen in a decade or two. Destination weddings ensure that you share your day with only the nearest and dearest people in your lives thus lessening the pressure of how to cut down the guest list.
The Big Enchilada
A destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta combines not only an incredibly romantic backdrop to your wedding but you combine a family reunion, a romantic vacation (not just for yourself but for your friends as well) a spectacular honeymoon and memories that cannot be made at the local wedding hall or Hyatt Hotel. Especially in the dead of winter.
Planning
Planning a vacation is always exciting. Planning a wedding can be daunting to say the least. But planning a romantic honeymoon in an exotic location often gets the groom to get involved in the arrangements. Since most of the leg work is often done by a wedding planner, all you need to do is dream together, send the planner your ideas, concepts and desires and they bring your dreams to fruition. Best yet, in-laws, family and friends have limited say this way when they feel the need to butt-in and tell you what to do for your big day.
Get Away!
Since most friends and families today are spread out across country and the world, considering that they would need to travel anyway, a destination wedding makes sense logistically. Plus, it takes the pressure off of having to find comfortable places for them to stay, local transportation and you having enough “space” to prepare. Most guests at a destination wedding end up exploring the area, bonding and enjoying a mini-vacation which allows you plenty of time to relax and unwind. You can work with your planner to set up tours, spa days and fishing or canopy tours to keep them entertained.
Location
There are many places to hold a destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta but our favorite is a spectacular private villa, Casa Valerie, Mismaloya. This 10,000 square foot Villa is nestled on the hillside above the Bay of Banderas and offers stunning 180 degree breathtaking views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets, the surrounding mountains, lush jungle and the glimmering lights of Puerto Vallarta.
Breath Taking Venue
Brilliantly designed for groups and special events, the dramatic open spaces of Casa Valerie, Mismaloya include over 5,600 square feet of tropical poolside terraces making this an idyllic setting for your destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The beautiful lavish interiors, guest suites and poolside master bedroom, provide every amenity you desire and the clean lines and white façade provide a blank canvas for you to customize Casa Valerie, Mismaloya into your fairytale wedding venue.
Your destination wedding or special event at Casa Valerie, Mismaloya can be decadently intimate or as grand of a celebration as you desire. Bring your friends and family together in the exotic paradise uniting a life-long memorable occasion at an opulent yet relaxed vacation Villa.
